- General terms and conditions for the use of Gastro Group Friends Card.
- General conditions apply to the use of paid and unpaid discount cards.
- Gastro Group Service s.r.o. loyalty discount card
- The card is the property of Gastro Group Service s.r.o. IČ: 24689629, Rašínovo nábřeží 44/2, 12800 Praha 2, Česká republika.
- After receiving the Gastro Group Friends Card, you must register the card on the website www.gastrogroup.cz in the VIP card section, otherwise the card is considered invalid and membership privileges can not be granted to the cardholder.
- The card to a name is not transferable. The only exception is a portable card within the corporate membership.
- The card is not a credit or payment card.
- Any card loss must be reported immediately to the company Gastro Group Service s.r.o.
- In case of any complaints and other inquiries, please send an e-mail to info,gastrogroup,cz.
- Gastro Group Friends Card cardholder has the option to apply the benefits and discounts that can be found after registering on the website friends.gastrogroup.cz in the „general benefits“ section.
- To be able to apply a discount, it is necessary to pass the card to the service personnel before payment of your account. Later application of a discount is no longer possible.
- Advantages of the membership card may not be available on certain days of the year (e.g. Christmas Eve and New Year´s Eve) and do not apply to a range of products, such a tobacco products, special offers of food or drinks and souvenirs.
- Discounts can be applied only if it is not a company of more than 6 persons, for other benefits the card is intended for 1 person only.
- Discount can not be applied in the event of payment by gift certificate.
- Discounts are offered from the total price including VAT.
- Gastro Group Service s.r.o. reserves the right to send informational newsletters to Gastro Group Friends Card cardholders. If you cancel sending the newsletters, it will result in the immediate cancellation of all benefits and advantages of the card.
- Gastro Group Service s.r.o. reserves the right to change or modify any benefits and conditions without prior notice.
